I was trained at the University of Bologna where I obtained my MBA in Food and Wine. I've been a certified sommelier since 2008 (Sommelier Society of America). After working many years in various areas of the wine industry, I decided to center my focus on wine events, restaurant/bar consultations, and wine education.
